Payment Methods
You may pay for your order through PayPal, or if you prefer, I can take credit card information over the
phone or personal check or money/cashiers check. (orders will ship two weeks after receipt of check).
Please contact us if you have any questions. You may go through and create an order and instead of
going through the full checkout process, print the order out, and fax it to me with your Name, mailing
address, shipping address, e-mail and day and evening phone numbers. FAX number 603-679-1961 I
will then call you with your total amount and take your credit card number over the phone and/or you may
send a check in. Or you may copy and past the order and e-mail it to
CustomerService@bluewhalearts.com.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping Policy: Effective as of 5/16/09:
Orders are shipped: USPS: Priority Mail, First Class* or Parcel Post**.
* First Class - Shipping charges will be adjusted to $4.00 when your order is processed.
**Parcel Post - is used for items that must go ground i.e. Tria Inks or other inks, paints dyes
etc
as per shipping guidelines.
Or pending on the item and weight we may choose to send the item UPS.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s). Please contact us at 603-679-1961 or
Leah@bluewhalearts.com and you may return the item in questions for one of equal value or for a refund
when the item is received in the condition in which it was sent. I must be notified within 10 days of receipt
of the item.
